So the question is, does anyone with a Tyrian character have 100% Master Cartographer in Cantha?

Should have been in Q&A. But Yes, it is possible. To travel to Shing Jea Island, go to the Marketplace and look north for a zone. head outside. You'll see it.

Yup, look for Kaineng Harbor.
